in no particular order
1. kicking off your shoes and changing into some comfy clothes. Possible comfy clothes being sweats, a big tshirt or even the Snuggy. Not totally ready to commit to a snuggie, try its offbrand cousin the Slanket.
2. Review decisions youve made that day and settle any conflicts you have with yourself or with others. Going to bed mad really doesnt go well it may seem like sleeping off the issue can calm u down but in reality when you wake up thats one more day the issue has gone on creating bitterness and possibly more resentment.
3. Putting on your favorite movie. Some of my personal favorites being Wall E, The league of extraordinary gentleman, O brother where art thou, The Bucket List, Kill Bill (either one) any movie with Jet Li, ora classic black and white like Casablanca.
4. Reading your favorite book and drinking a glass of wine i suggest a nice Sangria or cider or grape juice (for those of us underage)
5. Conversing with a loved one. Someone who you trust, someone who you can share your deepest desires and wants from life with.
6. With a hot bath or shower, theres nothing like taking a hot bath with the lights turned off with candels and bath salts and the works.
7.Watching the sun go down, its that simple.
8. Filling up your daily karma insurance jar. By doing something nice for someone else. Its the little things that really imprint how much you care on someones life. You can make a onetime donation to a charity, you can give the neighborhood homeless guy a few bucks or if you have some leftovers from dinner or lunch give it to him, or even spend 10 minutes of your day on http://www.freerice.com/ just by playing word games or number games you can help donate rice to third world countries.
9. Make a list of 5 things your thankful for or happy about 5 things you want to change about yourself, 5 things you want to change about the world and 5 things you want people to know about you.
Number 10 is whatever you want to do, watever you need to calm down de stress and get a goodnites rest, and remember how you start out ur day is the framework for how the rest of your day goes, you start out in a bad mood youlll probably have a bad day, and vice versa.
Hope this info helps you relax at the end of the day, calm down and become a better more calm you.
